In Nikolaev sea merchant port we have organized the cooperation with the port administration, the result of which is the scheme of optimization of load/discharge and acceptation of the high capacity vessels. The scheme foresees the partial load/discharge of the vessels at the outer roadstead with the transportation of the extra cargo to/from the port by barges.
